Who we are

What we collect and why
When you use the form on this site, it opens an email in your own email app with the details you entered: your name, email address, and your sport or company and role, plus anything else you choose to tell us. Nothing is stored on this website. We only receive those details if you send the email.
We use them to reply to you and to discuss working together. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Who else handles your data
- Google Workspace, which provides our email.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and processes technical request data such as your IP address.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts on this site and receives your IP address when the page loads.
These providers may process data outside the UK and EEA, under their own safeguards. We don’t sell your data.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless we go on to work together, when we keep what the agreement requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to a regulator: the AEPD in Spain (aepd.es) or the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk).
